MELANIE NESS

As the Controller at PROOF, Melanie supports the CFO and the General Counsel.   For over 20 years, as the controller at Novak Biddle Venture Partners, Melanie oversaw fund reporting, capital call collection, executed stock and cash distributions, maintained fund compliance, coordinated and worked with the audit and tax firms, and presided over the management company.  Melanie also maintained communication with limited partners and provided institutional investors with compliance due diligence.
