MAN NGUYEN

Man joined PROOF in 2021 and has over six years of tax and accounting experience in both the public and private sectors. His primary responsibility is tax compliance for our firm, including federal and state tax filings for our large structure, oversight of international tax work, and developing strategies to comply with tax legislation.

In his most recent position as a tax manager at KPMG, Man provided tax compliance and advisory services to partnerships and corporations for a variety of clients from Fortune 500 to emerging businesses with a focus on venture capital and private equity.
